- ROLE
- Creation of a detailed execution plan and sub schedule to ensure all works within the discipline are completed in accordance with the overall schedule;
- Liaise with Engineering and Procurement to ensure availability of deliverable and goods at site required for site erection of the discipline work;
- Management of the subcontractors appointed to install the works within the discipline to ensure that the works are completed on time and within budget and quality;
- Defining the target to the team
- Implementation within the discipline scope of works of Arabelle Solutions EHS policy / site specific EHS plan and for providing subordinates with information about hazards, risks and elimination measures applicable to the site;
- Involvement in investigation and remedial action within the scope of the discipline works of all variance and deviations in coordination with the Site Contracts Manager and other site management to eliminate or minimize the cost impact to Arabelle Solutions
- Ensuring and maintaining the electrical quality scope
- Involvement in the coordination with others outside the scope of the discipline works and transition to commissioning
- Action to ensure all punch list open items are cleared and to support the commissioning team;
- Closely monitor all activities which could have deleterious effects on the environment;
- Develop concise and exhaustive reporting to predict deviation
- Action to ensure all subcontractors erection resources maintain all work areas in safe and clean condition and all installed materials are adequately preserved and protected;
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure project management.
- Experience in the nuclear industry or experience on a power plant site would be a plus
- Strong understanding of contract management (EPC, subcontracting, variations).
- Proficiency in reporting tools and document management.
- Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and quality aspects on industrial sites.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and international environment Rigor and ability to prioritize and adapt to time-constrained environments.

En tant que Responsable Montage Construction Électrique, vous serez le pilote de la réalisation des travaux du lot électrique.

- Etre le garant de la qualité d’exécution et de la documentation associée
- Support Contractuel & Administratif : Suivre les obligations contractuelles en coordination avec le Project Manager et le Contract Manager.
Préparer, soutenir et suivre la correspondance contractuelle, les modifications, réclamations, non‑conformités et notifications formelles.
Gérer la documentation projet en soutien aux équipes d’exécution (procédures, plans, rapports, dossiers qualité).
Soutenir la préparation des audits internes et externes.
- Coordination Projet & Interfaces : Être l’interface quotidienne entre les équipes chantier, les fonctions projet, les sous‑traitants et les partenaires du projet.
Interagir avec le client sur demande concernant les interfaces, l’avancement, le reporting et les points bloquants.
Préparer et participer aux réunions de coordination, revues de planning et discussions sur la performance du projet.
Consolider et communiquer les informations clés (avancement, risques, écarts).
- Reporting & Analyse : Produire les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels d’avancement incluant KPIs, risques, et écarts coût/délai.
Suivre les tendances du projet et proposer des actions correctives lorsque nécessaire.
Maintenir les tableaux de bord et outils de suivi projet selon l’approche SQDC (Sécurité, Qualité, Délais & Coûts).
- Administration & Suivi Financier : Préparer les éléments pour la facturation, le suivi des coûts et les paiements des sous‑traitants.
Soutenir les achats : demandes d’achat, engagements, suivi des commandes.
Contribuer au suivi budgétaire avec les équipes projet.
