Job Responsibilities
- This role will develop and implement multiâchannel marketing initiatives to profile and promote Ara and recruit students to Araâs various programmes and courses.
- The role will be allocated specific portfolios to manage, as well as any other specific area of need as directed by the Marketing Promotions Manager.
- Work closely with Araâs Engagement team as required to deliver results.
- Involve a high degree of autonomy, project management, consultation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in working collaboratively as part of a strategic marketing team.
- High level of proficiency in innovative multiâchannel marketing capabilities including digital.
- Ability to interpret and understand market and endâuser requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in customer service and relationship management.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Ability to prioritise workload with a proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work crossâfunctionally in an organisational context.
- Manage budgets.
- Customer focused.
- 2-5 yearsâ experience in a marketing environment.
- Tertiary qualification at Degree level in an appropriate discipline.
- Ability to create targeted marketing solutions to appeal and engage specific market groups.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Be proactive to achieve and exceed expectations.
