MĹ TÄnei TĹŤranga Mahi â About the Role
As a key member of the Student Accommodation Team, the Administrator plays an important role in supporting the smooth, efficient and welcoming operation of our student residence across the full resident journey. You will bring strong administrative expertise to support day to day operations, systems, and processes, while also contributing to projects, initiatives, and workstreams across the Pastoral Support team as required.
Beyond administration, this role has a strong people focus. Everyone involved in the running of the Student Residence contributes to a supportive, pastoral environment. You will work closely with colleagues to help ensure residents feel safe, supported, and connected, with a particular awareness of the wellbeing and support needs of 18 to 25 yearâolds.
The role also supports the coordination of student events and activities within the residence. This includes helping with planning, administration, communication, and logistics that contribute to a positive residential experience, encourage connection, and build a strong sense of community.
This is a fullâtime role, Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility required to support events and activities that may occur in the evenings or on weekends.

- Recent relevant office administration experience supporting senior leaders and/or teams

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
