We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Interior Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake design projects from concept development to completion of the projects.
- Responsible for the design and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment following project requirements and client preferences.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement.
- Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare FF&E schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the design team and communicate with clients.
Requirements:
- Work experience minimum 2 years as an FF&E Designer or in a similar role would be preferred.
- Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions).
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, or other design programs.
- Self-organized, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
