We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Midweight Interior Designer to join our London-based team at ara Design, an internationally recognized interior design studio specializing in luxury hospitality projects. If you have a strong eye for furniture, finishes, and materials — and at least 3 years of experience — we’d love to hear from you.
As an FF&E Interior Designer, you’ll work closely with our Design Director and the wider design team to help bring hotel interiors to life. You’ll support concept development and be responsible for the selection and coordination of all FF&E elements, while collaborating with our CAD and rendering teams to deliver complete and beautiful design packages.
- Support the design team in sourcing, selecting, and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment for high-end hotel projects.
- Collaborate internally with the CAD team for drawing packages and with the rendering team for visual presentations.
- Participate in internal design reviews and client meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing FF&E work in hotel or high-end residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
