ara Design is a hospitality-focused interior design studio seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FF&E Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a designer with strong experience in furniture, fixtures, and equipment specification, vendor coordination, and project delivery across hospitality and residential projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience as an FF&E Designer or in a similar role
- Background in interior design (degree or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and FF&E specifications
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
- Good communication skills and fluent in English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
Responsibilities:
- Develop FF&E concepts and specifications from concept to completion
- Prepare FF&E schedules and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Work closely with the design team and communicate with clients
