Based frome ither Sheffield, Leeds, Sunderland or Newcastle A Leading Regulated Industry Organisation is looking for Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to deliver a number of contracts for them across The Midlands and the South East. The main objective of the role is to develop and implement the procurement strategies for a portfolio of national capital fit out healthcare contracts. Key duties will include: * Manage the delivery of regional projects and commercial contract objectives. * Achieve profitability and cost reduction targets across your project portfolio. * Highlight exceptional variations, potential risks and opportunities across your contract portfolio. * Produce financial and contractual performance forecasts, together with CVRs each month. * Produce final accounts and conduct contractor reviews at project completion. * Measuring projects onsite and supporting site meetings. * Provide commercial advice to operational and engineering teams.
