A Leading Construction Contractor is looking for a Procurement Category Manager to join their team to work on a variety of different categories across the construction sector. The main objective is the delivery of procurement strategies across a portfolio of direct construction categories.
You will be:
- Supplier relationship management activities across the supply chain.
- Working with the procurement team with spend data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Monitoring and improving rebates and compliance targets across the supply chain.
- Reviewing supplier performance, and where appropriate initiating performance improvement plans.
- Working closely with senior internal stakeholders to deliver procurement requirements.

You will have 5+ years construction experience working for any main contractor. You will have strong supply chain management experience. Our client is looking for someone who has worked in a big corporate PLC previously.
