A Leading Construction Contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team based near Leicester. The main objective of the role is to manage commercial activities across a major building and civils construction project.
You will:
- Lead procurement with subcontractors across the project.
- Draft and award NEC4 contracts to subcontractors.
- Manage compensation events and change across NEC4 contracts.
- Support the Managing Quantity Surveyor with completing CVRs for the framework.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ year's quantity surveying experience for Main Contractors.
- Ideally you will currently be working as a Project Quantity Surveyor, or an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is looking for career progression.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering medium to large sized construction projects.
- Demonstrable track record of managing NEC contracts, ideally with exposure to options A, B and C.
