Reason for vacancy: This newly created job was required to support the management of central contracts.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce updated versions of contract agreements across all live frameworks.
Qualifications:
Senior Quantity Surveyors with strong construction project experience from any medium to large main contractor, who can commute weekly to Nottingham. Strong understanding of JCT or NEC, together with solid contract negotiation and drafting experience. Finding candidates with the right level of contract negotiation and drafting experience, who were happy to specialise in this area.
