A Leading Infrastructure Contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver the commercial requirements for a variety of power projects. You will:

  • Deliver a portfolio of infrastructure design works as part of a major power framework.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements.
  • Lead the pre-contract creation of NEC4 contracts.
  • Create tendering documentation and procurement strategies for new framework projects.
  • Identify potential risks associated with the project, updating the risk register.
  • Develop and deliver change management strategies across the framework.

Further Details

Based from the UK Head Office you will be delivering preconstruction and design services to the main contracting division. Various medium to large gas & power framework projects across the UK. Frameworks consist of various design and build for major substation works & gas pipelines.

Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience of managing infrastructure projects. They are also open to experienced Quantity Surveyors who have helped run small utility projects or supported larger utility frameworks and are looking for progression. You will have good experience of commercially delivering power, water, gas, renewables, rail or nuclear projects or frameworks. You will have experience of negotiating and managing NEC contracts.
