A leading tier 1 contractor is looking for a Regional Commercial Director to join their team based in Central London. The main objective of the role is to create and deliver the regional commercial strategy for the southern business unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and development to a medium-sized regional commercial team.
- Support the regional team throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle, from work winning to project delivery and handover.
- Support the team with escalation issues with clients, projects or the supply chain.
- Work closely with director-level stakeholders, including the Commercial Director and Managing Director.
- Prepare and present regional commercial reports to senior stakeholders and the board.
- Ensure project margins are maintained, quality is delivered, and the company brand is upheld.

Candidate Requirements
Our client is looking for Commercial Directors or Heads of Commercials looking for a career move. They are also interested in speaking to an experienced Commercial Manager who is looking for career progression. You will have a minimum of 10 years experience delivering the commercial requirements for MEP or construction projects for tier 1 contractors. You will have a minimum of 5 years leadership experience developing business unit or project strategies and leading small to medium sized commercial teams.
