The main objective is to support the delivery of pre-construction procurement strategies for a major rail framework. You will be:
- Setting procurement strategies and managing scopes of work for pre-construction materials and subcontracts.
- Leading a small procurement team.
- Part of the pre-construction development team, supporting operational teams with mobilising new supply chains.
- Ensuring operational teams are provided with appropriate well-qualified supply chains.
