A Leading Infrastructure Contractor is looking for a Procurement Manager to join their rail division. The main objective is to deliver procurement strategies for a major rail framework.
You will be:
- Delivering the procurement strategy in line with business requirements.
- Managing and coaching a small procurement team.
- Managing the tender process for subcontract packages.
- Working with bid teams on work winning activities.
- Ensuring savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with project strategies.

Further Details
Projects can range from £60mil to £225mil + across overhead lines, track works, civils, embankments, stations and depots. This is a Senior No2 Position within the division who will get great exposure working with senior stakeholders helping shape the function.

Our client is looking for candidates with 5+ years subcontract procurement experience for a main contractor. You will currently be working within the infrastructure sector but our client is also open to building sectors. Must have a strong personality to be able to manage challenging stakeholders.
