A Leading Infrastructure Contractor is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in North Wales. The main objective of the role is to lead the delivery of the commercial aspects of regional projects across North Wales.
You will:
- Develop the commercial strategy for the project.
- Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements.
- Lead a small commercial team and help drive performance.
- Maintain and maximise the profitability of assigned projects.
- Manage subcontractor variations, payments and reporting.

You will lead and mentor small teams of commercial personnel on projects, aiding their development and driving their performance.

Our client is looking for Managing Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression. You will have a minimum of 7 years commercial experience across any infrastructure sector for a consultancy, client organisation, main contractor or subcontractor. Must have experience of delivering NEC contracts, including the delivery of change management activities such as early warning notices and compensation events.
