We are representing a global fashion brand seeking an experienced and capable Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their flagship UK office. This is a key role that ensures an exceptional first impression for visitors and supports the smooth running of a busy workplace. You will be a dependable point of contact for colleagues and guests, handling a wide range of administrative and front-of-house duties. The role is hands-on and physically active, including daily handling of deliveries and courier arrangements.
Key Responsibilities of Receptionist
- Open the office each day and manage front-of-house operations
- Answer incoming calls and emails, and welcome visitors professionally
- Support facilities management including fire alarm testing, equipment troubleshooting and arranging maintenance
- Arrange travel bookings such as taxis, flights, hotels and visas
- Organise catering and meeting room refreshments
- Log, unpack and distribute incoming post and deliveries
- Manage pool car bookings and coordinate vehicle maintenance
- Monitor and order office supplies and kitchen stock
- Provide wider support to Facilities and HR teams where required
