As a Contracts Manager, reporting to the Operations Director, you will ensure the efficient running of the contracts by effectively managing programming, commercial aspects and all resources associated with the projects, and to ensure that a quality service is provided to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to monitor progress and resolve contractual issues.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure cost control and financial performance are aligned with project objectives.
- Lead contract reviews and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
