Our expanding client holds FCA and NACFB licences and is firmly established in the Commercial Lending Market. They are recruiting experienced Business Development Professionals from a Commercial Finance background.
Offering the full suite of commercial financing to their clients, and an extensive lender panel of 100+ lenders. They are especially keen to talk with you if your experience includes asset finance, invoice/trade finance, acquisition finance, bridging/development, or commercial mortgage, and have experience of articulating the specifics of a commercial deal to an underwriter with detail and clarity.
You’ll receive all the resources, training and support you’ll need to grow and succeed, including leads, administration support, holiday cover, online training, one-on-one support, team meetings, and team and client events.
Introducers are key, so the ability to network and build trusted relationships is vital; bank relationship managers, accountants, and financial advisers are ideal.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Developing strong relationships with your introducers, becoming a trusted advisor
- Originating new lending opportunities
- Packaging documents
- Approaching lenders for Agreements in Principle and Underwriting offers
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, including internal systems to document customer interactions
- Supporting customers with their applications from start to finish
