Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers for our business. You will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads to support our sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists and databases to promote our products/services and generate interest.
- Identify prospects and their needs, promote tailored information on our products and services while qualifying leads, and book appointments for the project sales team.
- Demonstrate an understanding of our products/services to effectively respond to customer inquiries and questions.
- Handle objections and stalls to progressing a good lead.
- Update and manage customer information in our CRM system accurately.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly MSI (Meaningful Sales Interaction) targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine scripts and strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Track and report on call results, lead progress, and customer feedback to improve processes.
