What You’ll Be Doing as Head of Finance
- Own and lead all financial operations, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Prepare strategic performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and oversee KPIs, providing clear insights into business performance.
- Develop and implement robust financial and tax strategies.
- Lead on company secretary duties, accounts preparation, options schemes, and audits.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP and financial regulations.
- Manage and nurture third-party relationships across finance, data, and insurance.
