About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Analyst to support and maintain quality across our complete product portfolio.
This role combines technical support, product testing, issue investigation, release validation, and customer-facing troubleshooting .
You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure our products remain stable, reliable, and ready for production use.
You will act as a bridge between users and engineering teams by identifying issues early, validating fixes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting smooth product delivery.
- What You'll Own
- First-line and second-line technical support across all company products
- Product quality assurance and release validation
- Bug tracking, issue reproduction, and escalation management
- End-to-end testing processes and testing documentation
- User acceptance support and deployment verification
- Monitoring and reporting product health and quality metrics
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues reported internally and externally
- Investigate, reproduce, document, and track bugs through to resolution
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and user acceptance testing
- Create and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Validate releases before production deployment
- Verify fixes delivered by development teams
- Conduct end-to-end testing across multiple products and modules
- Support incident management and issue triaging
- Monitor product behaviour and identify recurring patterns or quality risks
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to improve user experience and reliability
- Maintain testing documentation and release records
- Perform data validation and sanity checks where required
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and release readiness activities
- Support production deployments and post-release verification
- Raise improvement recommendations for product stability and operational excellence
You will work across a variety of testing and support tooling. Familiarity with these areas is expected; depth in all is not required from day one.
- Manual Testing Functional, regression, exploratory & UAT
- Test Documentation Test plans, cases, and release records
- Issue Tracking Jira, Linear, or equivalent tools
- Postman / API Testing REST API validation and exploration
- SQL / Mongo DB / Postgre SQL Data validation and sanity checks
- CI/CD Pipelines Release readiness and deployment verification
- Monitoring Tools Product health tracking and alerting
- Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Product Operations
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies
- Experience creating and maintaining test cases and test documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and analyse root causes
- Understanding of web applications and API testing
- Basic understanding of databases and data validation
- Experience using issue tracking and project management tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple products simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Nice to Have
- Experience with automated testing tools
- Knowledge of Postman or API testing
- Experience with SQL / Mongo DB / Postgre SQL
- Exposure to CI/CD and release processes
- Experience supporting Saa S or enterprise platforms
- Understanding of cloud environments and monitoring tools

- Candidate must provide and use their own laptop or desktop suitable for professional testing and support activities
- Stable internet connection required for remote collaboration and product support
- Minimum 16GB RAM recommended
