About The Role
We are looking for a creative and results‑oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our organisation.
This role involves promoting our in‑house software products, client projects, technology services, and overall company brand.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands B2B marketing strategies, and can develop campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support business growth.
You will work closely with our product, sales, design, and development teams to create impactful marketing campaigns across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company's products, services, and client projects.
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns to support business development.
- Manage SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing activities.
- Produce engaging content including blogs, website copy, case studies, newsletters, videos, and social media posts.
- Manage and update company and client websites to improve traffic and conversion rates.
- Support the launch and promotion of new software products and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver marketing campaigns for client projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing calendars and coordinate promotional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials.

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a technology, software, digital agency, or B2B environment.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms for business growth.
- Strong understanding of website optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
