Role Overview
The Operations Manager oversees the full day-to-day operations of the dealership, ensuring all departments run efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards. This role plays a key part in driving performance, improving processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across sales, service, parts, and administration while ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
