Role Overview
The Operations Manager oversees the full day-to-day operations of the dealership, ensuring all departments run efficiently, profitably, and in line with company standards. This role plays a key part in driving performance, improving processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across sales, service, parts, and administration while ensuring smooth coordination between departments
- Monitor stock levels, vehicle sourcing, and inventory turnover to maintain optimal availability
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and improving conversion rates and profitability
- Manage budgets, control costs, and track financial performance including margins and expenses
- Ensure high standards of customer service and a professional customer experience
