What you'll be doing

Working closely with Mechanical Engineers, Electricians and other colleagues to minimise equipment downtime. Following all relevant risk assessments and Environment, Health & Safety procedures. Training will be provided to help you become fully familiar with the site's equipment, processes and operating standards.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have hands-on plastic injection moulding experience , covering the process from mould setting through to successful production. You should also bring: Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, tooling and associated equipment. Experience within a high-volume injection moulding environment . Good processing and troubleshooting skills. The confidence to analyse problems and make sound decisions. A proactive, solution-focused approach to your work. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider technical team. A strong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement. The working environment You'll be based in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, although temperatures can occasionally vary between hot and cold.

The production environment includes continuous machinery noise and occasional non-toxic fumes. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced manufacturing operation, so we're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, keeping production moving and working as part of a skilled team. Why consider this opportunity? This isn't simply an opportunity to join an established production line.
