Overview
Production Operative – Grease Cell
Location: Swillington, Leeds
Salary: £14 per hour
Working pattern: Temp to Perm, Full-Time – 35 hours/week (Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 3:45pm, Friday 07:30am – 11:30am)
Responsibilities
- Previous experience in blending, mixing, and testing products
- Ability to fill off products into a range of pack sizes (5kg, 18kg, 200kg, and IBCs)
- Experience using FLT trucks – valid licence advantageous (including use of scales for decanting 200kg barrels and IBCs)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards
- Reliability and consistency in maintaining high work standards
- Comfortable working with heavy materials and industrial equipment
- Following all health and safety guidelines
- Working towards production targets
- Safe use of FLT Counterbalance truck
What we’re looking for
- Reliable
- Valid FLT Licence – Counterbalance
- Comfortable lifting up to 20kg
- Good with numbers and reading – numerate and literate
- Experience working with hazardous materials a plus
- Self-motivated individual who can use own initiative
- Target driven and can work to deadlines
