Hours: Monday – Wednesday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (Flexibility to work until 5:00pm during busy visitor periods)

We are currently recruiting for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join a well-established manufacturing business on a part-time basis. This position will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering a welcoming and professional first impression. You will be the face of the site and first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors on site
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Managing visitor sign-ins and supporting large group visits
  • Organising buffet/lunch orders for meetings and visitors
  • Preparing and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post/parcels
  • Arranging taxis and coaches for visitors
