Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? This short-term assignment offers a chance to showcase your skills and contribute to a thriving team. Starting Monday 18th May, this role is based in WF5 and runs for two weeks.

Successful candidates must be available for the following dates:

  • Monday 18th May 8-4 - Friday 22nd May (5 days)
  • Monday 25th May 8-4 - Friday 29th May (5 days)

Join the samples department and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sample management. This position involves a variety of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing requests from the regional sales team via phone and email, collating and distributing samples efficiently, and ordering shade cards and sample stock. Additionally, you will process shade card orders using the Carriers system and distribute these orders, monitor stock levels, store stock, generate labels for all tiles, and create new labels when new colours or ranges are launched. Your role will also include sending samples to various recipients and logging all sample distributions.

Candidates should possess a good working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Word and Excel. Physical fitness and the capability to move heavy objects are essential. Excellent organisational skills, a good telephone manner, and a “can-do” attitude are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in written and spoken English is also required.
