Hours: Monday–Friday 6am-6pm
Aqumen Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse operation in Ossett. This is a hands-on role where your main focus will be FLT driving, loading/unloading and stock movement, with some general production duties when required.
The Role
- Operating Counterbalance FLT to load and unload materials
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse and production areas
- Picking and stock control using scanners
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Supporting general manufacturing and production activities
- Carrying out basic quality checks and manual handling
- Working safely and helping the team meet production targets
You Need
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – essential
- Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Ability to support production when required
- Flexibility to work extended shifts of up to 12 hours during busy periods
