What you'll be doing As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your desk and play a key role in driving the continued growth of our temporary recruitment operation. Managing a busy temporary workforce and building strong candidate relationships Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact through to placement Helping to ensure high levels of compliance and service delivery Hitting and exceeding commercial and recruitment targets This is a hands-on recruitment role where your energy, experience and ability to deliver will make a genuine difference. What we're looking for Recruitment experience is essential. We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is already comfortable operating in a fast-paced recruitment environment — ideally with experience within industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, production or temporary recruitment. An experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record ? A confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone ? A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.
