This is a great opportunity for an experienced Team Leader, Senior Operator or Manufacturing Supervisor looking to develop their leadership skills and progress towards a Shift Manager role. Working alongside the Shift Manager, you will help lead the manufacturing team and ensure production targets, quality and safety standards are achieved. Leading and supporting production teams. Monitoring production performance and resolving issues. Supporting training, coaching and team development. Promoting excellent health & safety and quality standards. Taking increasing ownership of shift operations. Providing Shift Manager cover when required. Experienced in a manufacturing/production environment. Ambitious and keen to progress into Shift Management.
