This is a fantastic opportunity for an FLT Counterbalance Driver looking for a stable, long-term position within a modern, safety-focused manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely across the site
- Loading and unloading lorries and trailers
- Supplying production lines with raw materials and moving finished goods
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems to maintain accurate stock records
- Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
- Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous experience as an FLT Counterbalance Driver within manufacturing or warehousing
- Experience using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Confident loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Flexible to cover the 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 rotating shifts when required
- Reliable, proactive approach with a strong commitment to health & safety
- Monday to Friday day shift with an early finish every Friday
- Higher hourly rate when covering rotating shifts
