About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our clients growing manufacturing team based in Dorking. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a well-established and supportive environment, contributing to high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating injection moulding machines to meet production requirements
- Carrying out tool changes and machine start-ups
- Ensuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtime
- Monitoring product quality and making necessary adjustments
- Troubleshooting processing issues and implementing solutions
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working closely with production and quality teams to meet targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and materials
- Ability to perform tool changes and machine adjustments independently
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
