We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing and distribution team. This is a full-time days role with no weekends.
Location: Ossett
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, Days (flexible hours) 8.30am-4.30pm, with flexibility to work if required 7am-3pm and 9am-5pm.
The Role
You'll be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance FLT, supporting the movement of materials across the site, and assisting with general warehouse duties. This is a hands-on role that involves manual lifting and working efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and confidently
- Loading, unloading and moving stock across the site
- Using hand-gun scanners for stock control and picking
- Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
- Manual lifting as part of daily duties
- Working flexibly across different day shifts as required
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance licence
- Previous Forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Confident using hand-gun scanners
- Comfortable with manual handling
