Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to join their dynamic team in Leeds. Working in a fast-paced, high-output facility, you will play a key role in keeping production smooth, safe, and efficient.
What you will be doing:
- Diagnosing and fixing electrical/mechanical faults across moulding and assembly equipment
- Carrying out TPM and supporting production teams
- Validating new machinery and driving automation improvements
- Leading fault analysis, repairs, and upgrades
- Using QMS tools (Q-Pulse, Microsoft apps) to keep things traceable and auditable
What you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, TPM & fault diagnosis
- Hands-on background in injection moulding, robotics or rotational assembly (a bonus!)
- Proactive mindset, solid team player, and safety-first attitude
