Join a leading recycling company and build a long-term career! We are recruiting FLT Drivers/General Operatives to join our client's busy recycling site in Allerton Bywater, Castleford. This is a great chance to work in a clean, modern facility with excellent training and career development.
What's on offer
- Pay: £13.32 per hour
- Overtime: Paid at x1.5–x3
- Hours: Rotating shifts, Monday–Friday
- 6am–2pm
- 2pm–10pm
- 10pm–6am
- No weekends

The role
- Working on production and recycling lines
- Feeding materials onto conveyors
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT (around 30% of the role)
- Stacking, sorting, and organising materials
- Supporting machine operations
- Following health & safety procedures
- Completing basic paperwork
