The Opportunity
You'll play a key role within the Supply Chain team, taking ownership of production planning activities across multiple manufacturing lines. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and think ahead will be critical to success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the MRP system to plan and schedule production across multiple lines
- Creating and maintaining accurate capacity and production plans
- Adjusting schedules in real time to maximise efficiency and meet demand
- Monitoring production performance and reacting to delays or challenges
- Communicating plans clearly with production and department teams
- Analysing trends, forecasts, and data to support planning decisions
- Working closely with operations to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in production planning or supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
- Experience using SAP or similar MRP systems
- Advanced Excel skills and confident with MS Office
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Confident communicator who can influence and challenge when needed
- Proactive, forward-thinking approach with a drive to improve processes
Desirable
- Experience within a print or manufacturing environment (highly advantageous)
