- Proven experience in building and wiring low-voltage electrical control panels
- Ability to independently wire control panels using schematic wiring diagrams
- Competence in accurately sizing, cutting, and crimping cables to agreed standards
- Ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively
- Experience maintaining accurate production records
- Desirable:
- Experience carrying out point-to-point testing
- Experience with on-site modification and repair of control panels
- ECS or CSCS card
