Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role? We are a growing packaging business based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable and hands‑on Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee daily operations across a rotating shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives to meet productivity and safety targets
- Oversee inbound and outbound goods, stock control, and general warehouse operations
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and effective communication across shifts
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
- Monitor and report on KPIs, addressing any performance or operational issues
- Operate Counterbalance FLT as required to support warehouse tasks
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) license – Essential
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, health & safety, and team management
- Flexible approach to shift work and the ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
