Make safety products perform when it matters most. We’re looking for a hands‑on Test Engineer to take the lead in testing and validating our industry‑leading safety products. This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, improving processes, and making sure things work exactly as they should.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and run product testing from start to finish
- Identify how products perform—and where they fail
- Keep testing organised, efficient, and on schedule
- Support and guide a small team
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Improve how we test, making things faster and smarter
What we’re looking for:
- Hands‑on experience in testing, engineering, or manufacturing
- Strong focus on health & safety
- Practical skills (tools, assembly, mechanical understanding)
- Someone organised, proactive, and solution‑focused
- Experience supporting or leading others
What you’ll get:
