Human Resources Manager – Full time (37 hours)
Responsibilities- Take full operational ownership of day‑to‑day HR processes and manage the core personnel team.
- Maintain transactional workflows, general employee relations casework, administrative workflows, and staff systems.
- Ensure the daily operational integrity of the Single Central Record (SCR) in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) frameworks.
- Work closely with the Director of Personnel to release their time for long‑term institutional culture, development, and board governance.
- Provide and manage a high‑quality, cost‑effective HR provision for the entire college, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment policies and promoting best practice.
Salary scale Points 27 – 33 £45,267 – £52,275 FTE – depending on qualifications, skills and experience
The above appointment will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges Association support staff salary scale as specified.
