Bishop Justus is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support the inclusion, progress, and wellbeing of students. The role involves working closely with teaching staff, SEND practitioners, and the SENCo to provide in-class support, support targeted interventions, and foster the development of students’ confidence, independence, and executive functioning skills.

The Teaching Assistant will build strong, trusting relationships with vulnerable students and support them in becoming resilient, self-regulated learners. We are open to applications from all who have relevant experience, ideally holding a similar role.
