The Aquinas CE Education Trust is seeking an Assistant Head Teacher to support the strategic leadership of Parish Church of England Primary School, a leader who will challenge, inspire and drive school improvement to achieve the best outcomes for all students. You will work closely with the Headteacher as well as the Director of Primary Education for the Trust to ensure our pupils receive the best education available.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised, caring and skilled practitioner who will support the Trust and Head Teacher in actively promoting the vision and ethos in every aspect of Trust and school life. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is forward thinking, innovative in leadership and displays a passion for education, learning and well-being.
Specific areas of responsibility will be agreed with the successful applicant but will include Assessment and Safeguarding across the school. It is envisaged that the role will be 1 day non-contact time.
