Role Overview
The Events & Customer Acquisition Executive will play a key role in driving installer engagement, lead generation, and brand advocacy across domestic heating products and the growing lowâcarbon technology market. The role focuses on planning and delivering highâimpact events and targeted acquisition activities designed to attract, educate, and convert heating installers into longâterm customers. This is a handsâon position combining event delivery, field engagement, and dataâdriven customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver a calendar of installerâfocused events, including:
- Trade shows and exhibitions
- Installer roadshows and regional events
- Training centre open days and product launches
- Merchant and partnerâled events
Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence engaging trade audiences
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
