Aquila specialise in B2B marketing for niche sectors, including water, technology and energy. We need someone who is passionate about marketing and who thrives in a high-energy environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our content and lead-generation strategy, joining us on a permanent basis to take on a key role within the Marketing team. You'll predominantly work from our Glasgow studio, but with the opportunity to visit our other sites across the UK. This role will play a critical part in driving forward the brand presence of our clients through expertly crafted creative projects.
Key Duties:- Develop and understand the clients business and strategic objectives.
- Create and oversee production of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, videos, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics such as lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across channels (SEO, paid media, email, social, webinars, and landing pages).
To be considered for this role you'll need to have:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in content marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.
