What Are We Looking For?
We need someone who is passionate about marketing and who thrives in a high-energy environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our content and lead-generation strategy, joining us on a permanent basis to take on a key role within the Marketing team. You’ll predominantly work from our Edinburgh studio, but with the opportunity to visit our other sites across the UK. This role will play a critical part in driving forward the brand presence of our clients through expertly crafted creative projects.
Key Duties:
- Develop and understand the client’s business and strategic objectives.
- Create and oversee production of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, videos, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics such as lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across channels (SEO, paid media, email, social, webinars, and landing pages).
What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role you’ll need to have:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in content marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.
