We are seeking an experienced IS/IT Architect to lead the design and implementation of a modern Field Service Management (FSM) solution, ensuring scalability, security, and integration across our enterprise.
Location: Whiteley, Hampshire | Contract: Fixed Term (24 months)
What you'll do:
- Lead the technical evaluation and selection of a best-in-class COTS FSM platform, partnering with our Transformation Project Lead.
- Design the end-to-end enterprise architecture and integrations—making the service management tool the central hub for service data.
- Translate business needs into robust technical requirements and solution designs.
- Act as the primary technical interface with our chosen solution partner.
What we're looking for:
- Significant experience in IT/IS, including 5+ years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture; strong knowledge of APIs/middleware, cloud (Azure/AWS), networks, and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record selecting and integrating FSM solutions within regulated environments; deep service delivery/process expertise.
- Credible leadership, stakeholder management, and communication—able to energise cross-functional teams through change.
