Job Title: Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Client Location: London - Hybrid 3 Days Onsite

Job Description

This role sits within the EMEA Retail Brand Experience team, supporting the EMEA franchise business across a fast-paced and evolving retail environment. The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will play a key role in delivering consistent brand execution by supporting Visual Merchandising (VM) strategy, communication and implementation across the franchise store fleet.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Store Design, Creative teams and Regional Managers to ensure campaigns and brand standards are delivered to a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Share clear and timely VM guidance and communications, ensuring franchise teams are fully enrolled and supported
  • Maintain and update the VM portal, ensuring content is accurate and up to date
  • Support the rollout of seasonal and campaign VM across the EMEA franchise store fleet
  • Review store photos and provide clear, constructive VM feedback
  • Support new store openings, including VM preparation and execution
  • Provide occasional on-site support in franchise stores when required
  • Lead and facilitate regular VM meetings with key stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Store Design, Creative teams and Regional Managers to ensure aligned brand execution

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven Visual Merchandising experience
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a retail or brand environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent work ethic with a hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach (critical to success in this role)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience working with franchise or partner‑led retail environments
  • Exposure to EMEA or international markets

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid role with 3-4 days per week onsite in the London office
