This role sits within the EMEA Retail Brand Experience team, supporting the EMEA franchise business across a fast-paced and evolving retail environment. The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will play a key role in delivering consistent brand execution by supporting Visual Merchandising (VM) strategy, communication and implementation across the franchise store fleet.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Store Design, Creative teams and Regional Managers to ensure campaigns and brand standards are delivered to a high level.
Responsibilities- Share clear and timely VM guidance and communications, ensuring franchise teams are fully enrolled and supported
- Maintain and update the VM portal, ensuring content is accurate and up to date
- Support the rollout of seasonal and campaign VM across the EMEA franchise store fleet
- Review store photos and provide clear, constructive VM feedback
- Support new store openings, including VM preparation and execution
- Provide occasional on-site support in franchise stores when required
- Lead and facilitate regular VM meetings with key stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Store Design, Creative teams and Regional Managers to ensure aligned brand execution
- Proven Visual Merchandising experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in a retail or brand environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of accountability
- Excellent work ethic with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach (critical to success in this role)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working with franchise or partner-led retail environments
- Exposure to EMEA or international markets
Working Pattern: Hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite in the London office.
