Key Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct and deliver user research across a range of digital products and experiences.
- Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys and behavioural analysis.
- Translate research findings into clear insights, recommendations and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams to influence decision‑making and product strategy.
- Support the development of user journeys, personas and experience frameworks.
- Manage research recruitment, testing logistics and synthesis of findings.
- Advocate for user‑centred design principles across teams and projects.
- Ensure research outputs are clear, actionable and aligned to business and user needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant UX research experience.
- Strong understanding of user experience research methodologies and best practice.
- Proven experience conducting and communicating research effectively to a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with online research and testing platforms such as Qualtrics, dScout and/or UserZoom.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively within cross‑functional product and design teams.
